Using Tripuppy
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tripuppy. They are written in plain language so you know what the service is — and what it is not.
Last updated September 2, 2026
Agreement
By using Tripuppy, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Tripuppy is offered as a web product for independent travelers. Features may change as the product grows. Some surfaces — such as cloud sync or AI arranging — may be unavailable in a given environment.
The service
Tripuppy helps you understand a city before you visit it. You can explore city knowledge, save discoveries, plan a personal itinerary, and optionally share a journey.
Tripuppy is not:
- A travel agent, tour operator, or booking marketplace.
- A source of visas, insurance, tickets, or official government advice.
- A guarantee that a place, opening hour, or neighborhood will match the page.
City pages are editorial. They are meant to help you decide whether a city fits you — not to replace local knowledge or current conditions.
Accounts
You may explore without an account. If you create one, you are responsible for the email and sign-in method you use, and for keeping that access to yourself.
Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate another person. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe violates these terms or puts the service, other travelers, or our team at risk.
Your journeys
You keep ownership of the notes, titles, and itineraries you create. You give Tripuppy a limited license to store them, display them back to you, and — if you enable sharing — show a public view of that trip.
Do not put unlawful content, other people’s private information, or material you do not have the right to share into a journey or a feedback message.
Acceptable use
Use Tripuppy as a traveler or a reader. Do not:
- Probe, scrape, or overload the service in a way that harms other people's use.
- Attempt to access accounts, admin tools, or data that are not yours.
- Use the service to send spam, malware, or deceptive content.
- Misrepresent Tripuppy content as official travel, legal, or safety advice.
- Copy the editorial city corpus for a competing product.
Our content
The Tripuppy name, mark, design system, city ranking, and editorial writing are ours or used with permission. You may share a link to a city or a journey. You may not copy the product, its structure, or its city writing as if they were your own.
Photographs and maps may come from third parties and remain subject to their licenses. We do not grant rights we do not have.
AI features
“Arrange my trip” can propose an order for a journey you already started. The result is a draft. You can accept, edit, or ignore it. AI output can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for the itinerary you follow.
Disclaimers
Tripuppy is provided “as is.” City personality, stay lengths, neighborhoods, and practical notes are editorial opinions. Places close, streets change, and a city can feel different from the page.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular trip. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tripuppy and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost trips, bookings, profits, or data, arising from your use of the service.
If we are found liable for something we cannot disclaim, our total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim — which, for the current product, is zero.
Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, the limits apply only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where that cannot be excluded.
Ending use
You can stop using Tripuppy at any time. Sign out, clear this browser, and leave the site. To ask us to delete a cloud account, write through Feedback.
We may stop offering part or all of the service, or end access that violates these terms. Provisions that should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits — will survive.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page is the latest version. If a change is material, we will post it here before it applies. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
